Our Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern any order placed on AFRIBABAH:
Acceptance: By placing an order, you fully accept our T&C available on our website. These terms are clearly accessible and regularly updated.
Prices: All our prices are indicated in euros including tax. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but orders in progress remain at the price accepted during validation.
Availability: Our offers are valid within the limits of available stocks. In case of shortage, we offer you a substitute product or refund. We maintain accurate inventory management to minimize stockouts.
Delivery: The indicated delivery times are given for information purposes. A delivery delay cannot give rise to damages and interest, though we strive to meet all delivery commitments.
Ownership: Products remain our property until full payment of the price. This standard commercial practice protects both parties.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you benefit from a right of withdrawal:

Product Return: You must return the products to us within 14 days of your withdrawal declaration, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products should be unused and resaleable.

Refund: We refund you all payments received, including initial delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. Refunds are processed promptly.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to fresh and perishable products for hygiene and food safety reasons. This exception is standard in food retail.
